The Ugurlu Mansions complex consists of 2 traditional Kastamonu houses located in a 1.5 decare garden. It is estimated that the mansion, known as Ugurlu Mansion on the road facade, was built between 1850 and 1860.

Check-in to the Sahmeran Konak Boutique Hotel rooms starts from 14:00. Check-out time from the rooms is 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not allowed in the facility. The use of open areas serving in the facility depends on seasonal conditions.

Our hotel has been operating for 8 years, with a total of 10 rooms. In the rooms; Wi-Fi, Led TV, minibar, wardrobe, kettle, safe box, 24-hour hot water, guest amenities, hair dryer.

Sinan Bey Mansion; Restoration was completed and opened in February 2006.Our mansion is a magnificent cultural heritage, where history and culture meet, with the clock tower and Sinan Bey Park on one side, and Kastamonu Castle on the other.
