    About the property
    Location
    Located in Çanakkale Ayvacık Village, Sivrice Bay, our facility is one of the closest points to Lesbos Island. The region, dominated by Olive and Acorn Trees, is a quiet area away from the crowd, with plenty of oxygen and clean nature. Assos Ancient City, with its proximity to the Temple of Apollo, also gives you time to visit historical places.
    Beach
    Sivrice Bay & Sokakağzı Mevkii is a bay beach area. The sea is always clear, in an area preferred by divers. We definitely recommend that you bring your swimming goggles and watch all the beauties. There is a bar and changing cabins on the 220 m² private pier of our facility.
