    Tesise geldigimiz andan itibaren personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi. Tesis hakkında bilgi verdiler. Trabzonda neler yapabileceğimiz hakkında bilgi sahibi olduk. Tesisin konumu merkeze yakın olması bizim için güzel oldu. Odamız çok temizdi. Odadaki herşey sıfır gibiydi çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltımızda bi o kadar iyiydi. Uzer otel ailesine teşekkür ederiz. Trabzondaki daimi yerimiz oldunuz.
