    Otel çok güzel personel çok ilgili tek sorun rezervasyonu hemen ode yaptığım halde ücreti almayıp otelde almaları euro üzerinden işlem yaptıkları için aylar öncesinden yaptığım rezervasyon fiyati ile çok farklı cıktı buda Otel z uygulaması yüzünden birdaha hayatta bu site den işlem yapmiyacam sitede ürgüp yazıp otelin mustafapasada cikmasida şaşırttı ürgüp e uzak olmasına rağmen tekrar gideceğim bir otel takibi otel sitesi yada başka bir uygulamadan rezervasyon yapıcaktım seraphim cave hotel ailesine çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederim unutulmaz bir tatil yasattiniz herkeze tavsiyem kapadokya da tatil düşünülüyorsa kesinlikle seraphim ilk tercih yerleri olsun
