    Hotel meğerse boşuna ödüller kazanmamış. Asansörlü, ucuz ve çok güzel hotel, sanki bedava, inanamadım. Personel güzel yüzlü ve yardımsever. Herkeze tavsiye ederim.

    Удобное расположение, приветливый персонал. В номере чисто - это для нас важно. Принимают с животными. Теперь мы знаем где остановиться в Эрзуруме с собакой в следующий раз. Спасибо!

    Personel sıcakkanlı ve misafirperverdi, adeta aile gibiydiler. Sabah kahvaltısı çok doyurucuydu, açık büfede her şey vardı. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel! Teşekkür ederim.
