    Malesef ailemle yaptığımız ziyarette vrf sistemlerindeki arıza bir türlü cozulemedi en iyi odayı tutmanıza rağmen gece 23:30 da odamızda teknif servis tamiratla uğraşmaya devam ediyor,tamir ediyor tekrar peşinden arıza veriyor otelden çıkış esnasında resepsiyonist arkadaş nasıl memnun kaldınız mı diye soruyor hayır ... Sıkıntılar yaşadım dememe hiç ses çıkarmadan dinliyor otelin luxs olması güzel lakin eksiklerini telafi etmeyi malesef bilemediler üzgün olarak ayrıldım .
