    Bodrum ve Gümbet Barlar Sokağı'na her akşam evlerimizde konaklayan misafirler için ücretsiz disko turları yapılmaktadır. Evlerimizin hemen yakınlarında süpermarketler, taksi durağı, eczane bulunmaktadır. Hemen arka sokağımızdan Bodrum dolmuşu geçmektedir.

    Evler sahil kısmında bulunmaktadır. 5 adım ile denize ulaşabilirsiniz. Arena Beach Club ile ortaklığımız mevcut olduğundan dilerseniz Beach Club kısmında, dilerseniz plaj kısmında ki eğlencelere ücretsiz olarak girebilir, katılabilirsiniz. Evlerimiz denize sıfır olup kendimize özel plaj kısmı mevcuttur. Plaj tamamen kumsal olup ücretsiz şezlong ve havlu hizmeti mevcuttur.
