When we started to restore the house, our aim was to stick to the architectural atmosphere of the house and the texture of Alaçatı. We tried to fit the rooms according to the structure of the house.

With an area of ​​90,000 m² and 423 rooms, Royal Teos Thermal Resort Clinic & SPA is located in Seferihisar, Izmir. This charming district, which has the title of the first "Slow City", has a small scale, livable living space and a city plan.
