Room 23 Hotel is a cozy seaside hotel with its own beach and is located in the picturesque Akçay bay, surrounded by its architecture in harmony with Akçay and the clean air of Kazdaglari.

We have 8 rooms in our facility. Our 25 m2 large rooms are carefully decorated. All of our rooms have deep blue, unique Aegean Sea views from Ayvalik to Assos. All our rooms have TV (Satellite), air conditioning, mini bar, safe, Wi-Fi, shower, hair dryer.
